Since 2006 Yewknee has been hosting a Summer Mix Series. The idea is that you post a themed mix and design the artwork for it. I've participated twice first in 2009 (I missed the deadline in 2010) and then this year, see mix below. This is the sort of thing that i thought we could try in class as an introduction to aspect of postmodern media. You will be recontextualising the songs you choose into a new setting. The setting is the theme, and that is your choice(and the hardest aspect of the process). Good luck.
